I understand that my participation in the Mp3 Experiment (Event) may entail risk of physical injury, including but not limited to temporary or permanent injury and/or death, and these risks may result from the actions, negligence and/or failure to act of myself or other participants in the Event. I further acknowledge that I have responsibility for my own health, welfare and safety at the Event, and I assume all risks with full knowledge thereof, and I hereby, for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns, release, give up and forever discharge Improv Everywhere, and any other parties related to the Event, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, independent contractors, members, representatives, affiliates, heirs, successors, licensees, assigns, and volunteers from any and all claims for damage or personal injury, whether or not caused by the negligence or actions of any of them, arising from or relating to my participation in the Event.
