We are staging an Mp3 Experiment at the All Points West Festival on Saturday, August 1 in Liberty State Park (a 10-minute ferry ride from Lower Manhattan.) You must be attending the festival (which is a ticketed event) to participate. Come for Improv Everywhere, stay for Tool!
