Good stuff! Reminds me of the park(ing) project, where people set up public parks in parking spaces – they feed the parking meter, roll out grass, install a large potted plant and a bench and voila…

I lived in Praha /Prague/ 2 years and that situation must by really crazy. If have you ever been in Prague You know that subway is completly full, evertime. Yes but really nice think :-D

KrunkKelly & BruceWitzenburg – you can take anything you want to the subway in Prague. Only thing you have to do in case of “capacious luggage” like this is buying extra ticket for it .. armchair isn’t that much bigger than, for example, baby-coach anyway ;)

I am quite impressed that there is a group of people in czech, who actually have good ideas and are able to perform a nice improv;-) glad to see that. good work.

and for you guys, who “don’t speak TACO” i have two advices: 1.) learn TACO, 2.) here is (an attempt for) a transcript:

prague subway – over a milion people travels by it every day. not everyone however uses it only to travel. a group of young people, calling themselves “D?ti sídlištní recese” (”the children of neighbourhood entertainment”) decided to move a part of an average living room into one of the trains. from Zlicin (station name) to the center of the city, one station by another, they were domesticating the car by a rug, table with armchair and a coatrack. (homeless guy saying: I can’t believe it!) in the end, they brought slippers and servet hot tea. the only thing missing was the landlord. … in case anybody is curious, the armchair and the table must have their own ticket on the subway.
