There should be some way to do the No Pants without the media involved, and especially without novice Pantsing people who break character. Maybe Agent Todd can pick a group of experienced Improvs to do the No Pants without breaking character...? I think No Pants would flow more smoothly with that. Anyway, great fun! If I lived in NYC I would love to witness your missions. This truly is improv at its best.
